Beginning her career in mortgage and financial compliance, she quickly advanced into high-level roles including Escrow Officer, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Vice President of Operations across multiple respected organizations.
Her expertise spans residential, commercial, builder, developer, and land transactions, with a proven track record of developing compliant systems, training high-performing teams, and resolving even the most complex escrow challenges. Brianna is widely recognized for her ability to streamline operations, build strong agent and lender partnerships, and implement processes that support accuracy, transparency, and exceptional client service.
