6. Record Retention (TDI-Compliant)

Under TDI and federal guidelines, we are required to maintain closing, escrow, and title records for a minimum of 5–7 years, depending on the document type and applicable law. Some documentation may be retained longer to comply with underwriting and legal requirements. When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed in accordance with accepted industry practices.
