All wire instructions are verified using multi-step verbal authentication with known, trusted contacts. For security reasons, we do not rely on email-only verification.
Most documents are recorded same day or next business day, depending on county cutoff times and the time funding is received. We prioritize rapid post-closing recording to protect lien position.

Final lender policies are typically issued and delivered once recording is confirmed and post-closing conditions are satisfied, usually within standard underwriter timelines. We provide status updates as needed.
